REFUND POLICY

We want every Curiosity to arrive exactly as it left the studio. If something is not right, write to us at ayse@thefood-project.com and we will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the damaged piece.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Turkish distance-selling law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the candle is unlit, unused and in its original box. Lit or used candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons; custom or personalised pieces are also excluded.

How to return

Email us first — returns sent without contacting us cannot be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
