A creative practice in food.
Food Project creates bespoke culinary concepts, edible installations and unexpected table experiences for fashion, art and design-led clients — from intimate dinners and sculptural canapés to large-scale installations and pieces made for a particular setting or occasion.
What connects them is a curiosity for materials, form, colour and texture — and a slightly unconventional approach to how things are presented, eaten and experienced. Clients include Bvlgari, Chanel, Cartier, Gucci, adidas and Jotun, alongside private clients, artists and creative collaborators.
The Candles
Candles for curious tables.
Born from an ongoing fascination with food, form and the rituals around a table, our sculptural candles blur the line between object, ingredient and decoration. Familiar forms appear slightly out of place: a cauliflower, a piece of cheese, a block of butter, a fruit, an animal foot.
Lit or left untouched, they are designed to change the character of a table before the first plate arrives — and they make wonderfully unexpected gifts for the person who is difficult to buy for.
