Ayşe DilekFounded in 2013 by Ayşe Dilek, 'Food Project' has been created as a hub for food related services.

Born and raised in Ankara, Ayşe Dilek studied Tourism and Hotel Management at Bilkent University and completed her MSc degree in Business Psychology at Westminster University in London.
She started her catering career in London, working as events director for a London based events company. Following her London experience, Ayşe returned to Istanbul in order to work alongside Elif Yalin as a catering director for Delicatessen Catering Concepts.

Before founding Food Project, Ayse worked in different areas of the food and beverage industry for over 12 years. She chose to create Food Project in order to combine her experience in the food and catering industry with her personal taste and creative input.

Food Project today covers a group of clientele including; Chanel, Fendi, Eczacibagi Holding, H&M, Cartier, Jotun, Missoni and Yap Kredi, all proved to seek high standards of professional service from solution partners.

With an extensive and impressive portfolio in corporate events, exclusive press events, private parties, weddings and food styling, Food Project has the know-how to provide a service which brings together a flawless operation with an inspiring creative flair.
